  • BLR BLUE is the sustainability product range of BLR Trading and remains its exclusive property.

  • All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and trademarks, is the sole property of BLR Trading and is protected under UAE copyright laws and SHAMS Free Zone intellectual property regulations.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  1. User Responsibilities
  • Users must be at least 18 years of age to access and use our services.
  • Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when making purchases.
  • Product images are for reference purposes only. By proceeding with a purchase, the customer irrevocably acknowledges and agrees to all Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
  • Users are responsible for verifying product warranties, details, delivery conditions, handling requirements, and all associated information. Any future claims arising from these aspects or due to user negligence may not be entertained.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • BLR Trading shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the improper use of our products.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services.
  • Delivery timelines, warranties, and other product-related commitments are subject to the order confirmation issued by the supplier.
  • BLR Trading is not responsible for any supplier and customer VAT, corporate tax, import/export duties, or regulatory tax compliance. BLR Trading shall comply with all mandated tax responsibilities, duties, and charges as per UAE laws. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their own tax compliance.
  • We procure materials or items in bulk quantities from manufacturers, dealers, sub-dealers, retailers, etc., for resale. We do not resell any product that is explicitly or contractually restricted. For some products, we act as an independent reseller and do not misrepresent ourselves as an “authorized dealer.” Any entity wishing to request the removal of product details or images from our website may do so, and we will respond within two (2) business days. However, no monetary claims or legal actions shall be entertained regarding such listings.
