  • Approved refunds shall be processed via the original payment method within  7-14 business days, as per the order terms.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Orders shall be processed within  1-3 business days, as per the order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  1. Shipping Methods & Costs
  • We offer standard and express shipping within the UAE.
  • International shipping is available, subject to additional fees and applicable customs duties.
  1. Delivery Timeframe
  • UAE Deliveries: 3-5 business days, as per the order confirmation.
  • International Deliveries: 18-21 business days, subject to customs clearance, as per the order confirmation.
  1. Tracking & Delays
  • Customers shall receive tracking details upon dispatch of their order.
  • BLR Trading shall not be liable for delays due to customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
